
Ashiana Housing Unveils New Rs 558-Crore Residential Development in Jaipur
Ashiana Oma: Jaipur's New Premium Housing Project
Jaipur, May 22 - In a bid to tap into the rising demand for bigger homes in the Pink City, NCR-based real estate developer Ashiana Housing has launched the first phase of its "premium" housing project, Ashiana Oma, in the Ajmer Road micro-market of Mansarovar Extension.
Located on a 10.35-acre land parcel, Ashiana Oma will house 490 units developed over two phases. The first phase includes 280 residences, with an estimated investment of approximately Rs 186.78 crore. The overall project cost is estimated at Rs 558.60 crore.
The project offers only large-format 3 and 4 BHK apartments along with penthouses, with unit sizes ranging from 1,740 sq ft to 2,700 sq ft. The apartments have been designed with larger decks and connected balconies to improve ventilation and natural light.

Ashiana Oma has been positioned as a low-density residential community, with nearly 4.4 acres allocated to green and open spaces. Located along the Ajmer Road corridor, the project offers connectivity to the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway as well as key parts of Jaipur through Ajmer and Kota Road corridors.
The Ajmer-Road corridor micro-market is seeing an increasing demand for houses, driven by infrastructure growth and preference for larger homes with integrated amenities. Ashiana Housing's joint managing director, Ankur Gupta, said the project reflects the company's focus on spacious, green-oriented residential developments aimed at end users in Jaipur's premium housing segment.
The project has been designed to cater to evolving end-user aspirations in Jaipur, where demand for spacious premium residences with integrated lifestyle amenities continues to strengthen.
