Artificial Intelligence Powers Marketing Agency Founded by Entrepreneurial Executive
Ravenopous: Former eBay Employee Builds AI-Powered Marketing Company with Minimal Staffing Costs
Linara Bozieva, a former eBay employee who lost her job during the tech industry slowdown, has successfully built a marketing company powered almost entirely by artificial intelligence (AI). The San Jose-based agency, Ravenopous, utilizes a three-layer AI workflow to manage advertising, market research, analytics, creative work, and customer conversion with limited human supervision.
Launched in 2024, Ravenopous was born out of necessity after Bozieva was laid off shortly after moving from Switzerland to the United States with her family. The AI structure is divided into directive, orchestration, and execution layers, with six core AI agents overseeing functions such as research, finance, legal review, data analysis, and creative direction before assigning work to other agents. Additional AI systems then handle technical setup, ad campaigns, traffic generation, and sales conversion.
According to reports, Bozieva has managed to keep the setup costs low, with the entire system costing less than $1,000 a month. The system uses a range of tools, including ChatGPT, Claude Code, Codex, HeyGen, and ElevenLabs, along with APIs that connect different AI models. Initially, the workflow was built on Google's Antigravity platform, but Bozieva later moved to Claude Code due to token limits on Gemini Pro.

Before taking on paying clients, Bozieva tested the AI workflow on 14 client profiles, including personal projects and free assignments for friends. She currently manages five active clients and spends around two hours a week overseeing each account. The story has drawn attention as businesses worldwide experiment with AI systems to reduce costs and automate repetitive work.
Reports by the World Economic Forum and PwC suggest that many companies are changing the way they hire as AI tools become more capable and widely used. Despite depending heavily on automation, Bozieva believes that people still have an important role to play in the future of work. According to her, future workplaces could see smaller teams managing AI systems that handle most everyday work, with people guiding AI systems that take care of day-to-day operations.
