Strategic Partnership Aims to Accelerate AI Adoption Across Enterprises

AIONOS, a leading enterprise AI firm, and Black Box, a digital infrastructure integrator, have entered into a strategic alliance to drive AI adoption through end-to-end infrastructure and measurable business outcomes. This partnership brings together Black Box's expertise in data centres, network connectivity, managed services, and digital infrastructure with AIONOS' AI platforms and industry-focused solutions.

The combined effort will enable enterprises to build, deploy, and manage AI systems at scale, focusing on delivering end-to-end AI transformation programmes that cover infrastructure, operations, and AI applications. Security, resilience, and governance will be embedded across the technology stack. The companies will jointly develop industry-specific solutions and pursue go-to-market opportunities across key regions, including India, North America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa (EMEA), and the Asia-Pacific region.

A key focus area for the partnership in India will be the growing Global Capability Centre (GCC) ecosystem. AIONOS and Black Box will support GCCs in building AI-ready infrastructure, deploying enterprise-grade AI solutions, and creating scalable operations integrated with global parent organisations. This strategic alliance is seen as a direct expression of India's growing influence in the AI industry, with the country not only consuming AI but also building, exporting, and setting the agenda for its global deployment.
