ServiceNow Unveils Enterprise AI Suites and Partners with Nvidia at Knowledge 2026 Conference

At the Knowledge 2026 conference in Las Vegas, Nevada, Bill McDermott, chairman and CEO of cloud-based platform ServiceNow, took center stage to announce a host of new ServiceNow platforms and features. This partnership includes Project Arc, a new enterprise autonomous desktop agent secured by the Nvidia OpenShell runtime and governed by ServiceNow's AI Control Tower.

The collaboration between ServiceNow and Nvidia aims to provide a sandbox environment for AI development, where policies can be inserted to govern AI actions. This approach is designed to treat AI like a human, with policy-based decision-making and execution. The partnership also highlights the growing importance of AI governance in the enterprise.

When asked about the impact of AI on jobs, Huang responded that AI is not a job-replacement technology but a job-creation engine.
