Ahuja Residences Aims for Rs 500 Crore Revenue Over Three Years

Delhi-headquartered hospitality chain, Ahuja Residences, is targeting a revenue of Rs 500 crore over the next three years as it looks to scale operations and explore external funding and an initial public offering (IPO) launch.

The company, which has so far expanded through internal accruals, is now evaluating an external capital raise to accelerate its next phase of growth. Ahuja Residences is expanding across both corporate hubs and emerging leisure destinations, targeting markets with rising demand for serviced apartments and boutique hospitality.

The strategy aligns with post-pandemic trends, where travelers increasingly prefer flexible, longer-stay accommodations that combine hotel-like services with residential comfort. Ahuja Residences currently operates over 700 hotel rooms and 500 serviced apartments across 10 cities in India, giving it a diversified presence in key urban markets.

Industry experts note that demand for branded serviced living continues to grow, driven by business travel recovery and changing consumer preferences. The company has aggressive expansion plans for the next three years, especially for its flagship Air and AR Suites brands, with properties signed up in Gurugram, Bangalore, and Pune.

Ahuja Residences is already successfully operating in smaller cities like Rohtak and industrial townships like Sri City in Andhra Pradesh, under its 'Yuhi' brand. The company is considering an IPO soon once it achieves a stronger national footprint.
