Tech Giant Adobe Signs Lease Agreement for 1.58 Lakh Sqft Office Space at Max Square

Delhi NCR-based real estate developer Max Estates Limited has signed a lease agreement with global technology firm Adobe for nearly 1.58 lakh sqft office space at Max Square, its premium commercial development on the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway. This significant deal marks another milestone for the project, which has seen strong traction from multinational occupiers seeking Grade-A, wellness-focused workspaces.

The transaction comes on the heels of AML RightSource leasing around 1.57 lakh sqft at Max Square earlier this year to establish one of the largest Global Capability Centres (GCCs) in Delhi-NCR. With Adobe's upcoming move-in, the project continues to strengthen its positioning as a preferred office destination for global technology and knowledge-driven companies expanding operations in India.

Max Estates Limited's operational commercial portfolio, which includes Max Square, Max House, and Max Towers, has remained fully leased for more than a year, reflecting sustained demand for premium office assets despite evolving workplace strategies across the sector. The leasing momentum at Max Square reflects occupiers' growing preference for high-quality office ecosystems.

Built around the concept of "where nature meets work," Max Square offers integrated amenities, sustainable infrastructure, and wellness-oriented spaces designed to enhance employee productivity and workplace experience. The project has received IGBC Platinum certification, further cementing its position as a major destination for technology firms and GCCs in NCR.

Adobe's new office in Noida, which is its seventh in India and third in Uttar Pradesh, will bring together over 700 employees across engineering and customer-focused roles. This significant investment in local talent marks an important milestone in Adobe's continued focus on driving innovation from India.
