Velocity Enterprises, a Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh-based contractor, has filed a challenge to the resolution plan in the NCLAT. The company claims it was not given a fair opportunity to present its claims, with the NCLT rejecting its claim of over ₹1 crore arising from contractual work on 17 March. The NCLAT will hear the challenge on 20 March. Several creditors, whose claims were rejected by the NCLT, are likely to join the challenge in the coming days.
