The Accel and Google AI Futures Fund have announced the five startups selected for the 2026 Atoms AI Cohort. The selected startups will receive funding and access to advanced artificial intelligence infrastructure from Google Cloud, Gemini, and Google DeepMind.

Investment Details
- The startups will each receive a co-investment of up to $2 million, split equally between Accel and the AI Futures Fund.
- They will also receive up to $350,000 in compute credits across Google Cloud, Gemini, and Google DeepMind.

- K-Dense: Building an AI "co-scientist" designed to help researchers reason through complex problems in life sciences, physics, and chemistry.
- Dodge.ai: Developing autonomous AI agents aimed at modernising enterprise ERP management in SAP environments.
- Persistence Labs: Building voice AI solutions for call centres, targeting the large market for real-time customer support automation.
- Zingroll: Developing an AI-native entertainment platform offering AI-generated movies and shows.
- LevelPlane: Focused on automating manufacturing processes in the automotive and aerospace sectors.
Program Overview
The Atoms programme, backed by Accel, has supported more than 45 startups, which have collectively raised over $300 million in follow-on funding. The programme has previously invested in companies such as Flipkart, Freshworks, Swiggy, Urban Company, and Zetwerk.
